Sub Sea Systems' Products
In 1985 they established their brand and built a reputation in the industry as engineers and fabricators of custom submersibles and semi-submersibles. Over the years their products have evolved as they reimagine ways to explore the world’s oceans.

2023: KAIMANA, the world's first underwater arena
KAIMANA™, meaning “power of the sea” in Hawaiian, is an underwater arena that features games,
challenge courses and experiences within a fully self-contained above-ground pool/ theater.
The venue uses an intelligently designed floor structure with interchangeable theming or activity sets, so that the arena’s layout can be transformed into a rotation of new attractions– such as Aqua Maze, Water Wars and virtual reality snorkeling.
These exciting underwater games are family-friendly, encourage competition and attract repeat participation.
Players enter the arena using the self-contained Sea TREK® helmet diving system. Sea TREK is a proven product that has conducted more than 3.5 million guest experiences worldwide. Players do not need to know how to
swim or have any previous experience to participate. Minimum age is 8.

VIRTUAL REALITY SNORKELING
To improve your R.O.I. the Kaimana arena can be designed including an DIVR+ virtual reality snorkling area (see pictures below)
• Virtual reality snorkeling experience with sensory effects
• Participants wear a waterproof VR headset, breathe through a snorkel and use a floatation belt to maintain a neutral/prone position in the water
• Participants grasp handles attached to a stationary thruster motor that
produces variable bursts of water and other sensory effects synchronized with the VR content
• VR in neutral buoyancy is convincingly realistic– participants feel as if they’re flying, twisting, turning and diving
• Sensory effects include haptic feedback through the handles, sound,
and bubbles
